hey im a guy who never got to develop game cuz i hada tough run in highschool. During highschool i was the quintesential AFC, and always ended up in the friendzone. I thought it was a weight problem so i become obbsessed with working out and although i get noticed by girls now, i dont know what to do. any tips on how to get started as a PUA in training??? |

read "the game" not only is it a great read but the info still holds true to this day. then go from there, build were ur week at. and find some routines that fit your personality |
