Just came out of a LTR with my high-school sweetheart, 2 years and she ended it !
Back in the Gym trying to change my appearance to improve my AA and overall health, down from 90Kg to 79kg SPAM, looking pretty good if I say so myself
Had a friend of mine refer me to TNB - Crash Course and am finally glad to say it's time to slay some HBs !
Still got some AFC tendencies but hoping to overcome this with the help of my PUA brethren
