Hey all, you can call me Xilixion (Zil-icks-ee-on). I'm 21 and just got out of my first relationship. It was great at first but she broke up with me after 4 months because she was cheating on me with her ex from South Carolina (who she is currently visiting... what a biotch). Anyways it's been a rough few weeks for me but I think I'm headed in the right direction for getting over her. I called a friend from Chicago a couple weeks after we split and he recommended that I purchase Neil Strauss's book The Game. This had been the third time in years that he had recommended this to me. I'm not one for reading but damn is it a good book. Anyways, I'm about 60% of the way through the book and can't seem to put it down. I understand that confidence is everything and I'm working on it, I really am, but talking to the opposite sex is currently a hit or miss with me. That's me in a nutshell. I hope this community isn't full of trolls and is full of genuine people who only want to help people find their confidence. |

Welcome here man! The Game really is a good book, I'm currently reading it myself and can't put it down. Hopefully you can get over your ex soon enough, best way to do it, once you feel ready, is to go out and game and interact with women (success will also boost confidence, and failure: ahh who cares). Best of luck to you!! |

Ya I left a number on the mat of a hostess I was talking to earlier when I picked up a buddy from work. Talked a bit, she was busy though, but I still left my name and number on there for her. Not going to take giant leaps yet, start small, perfect who I am.
