Hey everyone, My name Erez and I'm 19 (in 2 weeks). All my life I didn't had any confidence, since I was a fat kid and everybody used to make fun on me, but now I'm working out and I look good ( still have room for improvement though). I had sort of a girlfriend a year ago ( fat one), didn't kiss her though , or any other girl in my life. I got to a vacation for 2 month in Florida until september, and in the first party we went to my little brother that is 16 years old approached almost half of the club and kissed to many girls I was in shock ! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ then my older brother told me about PUA. He told me that my little brother is nature and I'm not nature. anyways after almost 2 weeks of reading I decided to try out the nubie mission in the General section ( the HI mission). and I tried in the first time and I couldn't say HI to any girl , to I told to myself that next time I'll do it. And Today I went again to the mail AND I COULDN'T DO IT ! I was so disappointed from myself it was unbelievable. I will try to do it again tomorrow, I hope this time I'll make it.. |

Congratulations Erez, Good job, your getting this area of your life changed the way YOU want it! Loosing weight, working out. Very commendable! The newbie challenge is tough! But let me clue you in. Girls are not the horrible scary monsters that you imagine in your head. Think about it! If they were that awful, why would you want one so bad? They eat, sleep, take a dump, have bad breath in the morning....just like you do! They get nervous....Just like you do! The newbie challenge is great don't get me wrong here. Let's just set your goal a little lighter for a day or two. Your most likely thinking in your head, I need to say hi to ...that hot girl over there...this hot girl over here...No. Try this. Get a good nights sleep, jog around the block, do 20 push ups. Shower and get ready for the day. Because THIS is the day I'm going to do this! Say Hi to the FIRST female you see! Old, young, hot fat...does not matter! That will give you confidence! The next day, Three.....the next day five! Stop a girl and say "excuse me do you have the time?" (don't have your watch on lol). You can do this! |

Hey ! thank you for your replay, unfortunately I went today for the THIRD time already to the mall, and I just tried to say HI, just to say HI and I couldn't. Every time I'm going and trying to say Hi to just one girl and I can't. I really don't know what to do and I'm hating to be stuck in this situation. I saw in one of David DeAngelo videos on Youtube that was just about right for this situation 'Overcome Fear Of Approaching Women - David DeAngelo' (since I can't post links here yet ) any suggestion on what can I do to past this situation ? |

Go to lunch, say Hi to the waitress, ask how her day is going! Or the mall to buy a shirt, ask the female sales person for help. |
