Hey guys, Ehrgeiz here! It's been a long time, but I shouldn't have left you without a dope intro to cry to. I was introduced to the game, with a few books, a while back, but I lacked consistency enough to take in the game correctly. These days, I'm on the edge of the AFC cliff, teetering over the edge, trying to jump without my old habits clinging to the edge. Consistency seems to be the crutch that I'm dealing with. Follow-throughs and whatnot are crippling me. I had moments where I'd be ready to close, but then I'd hesitate and come back seconds after turning away and then hesitate some more. Ughhhhh... I have been practicing and doing day game because of this. I can open like it's no one's business. It's just the closing that I have issues with. I've even screwed up with a local weather girl at an exclusive party. I'd say she was hot. Even when it's going great, there's IOIs. It's like I can't seem to finish the deal at all. It's feeling as if the only places where I'd get women and dates are picking up at birthday parties that involve bars and clubs. And the women are usually decent. Not just with women, but with other things that are more on the lines of life itself. I would also like to step up my game. Get that balance back to this 28 yr. old game addict escaping the bowels of his basement-esque room. I'm looking to do a total 360 in the realm of change for my story. I not getting me to where my goals lie. I'm good at my career with local respect as a industry leader because of a local developer group I co-run. I'm doing interviews to change my income status and some freelancing. I'll be moving downtown in the next year months. But really why I'm here is for the game. I've seen well bred game in action. I'd like to master it this time. As KLF said "always teach everything you learn". I'm willing to do just that here. Let's rock! |
