iv had enough. 22 yrs old. virgin. things have to change starting from now. if i put my mind to it and dedicate myself by expressing my views on here it will also help me to understand more. dont get me wrong im not the type to have stayed in all my life, im out everyweekend drinking in various clubs but i cannot bring myself to speak to a girl from the off. i can speak to them if one of my friends speaks to them first or if the girl introduces herself first but i have no self confidence when i want to approach and bottle it all night until its over and i go home with regret. iv started by reading the game and watching a gambler video . i like his style if im honest and that will help me alot in club/night game tommorow is friday and that is the perfect day to dive into the action starter tips would be highly appreciated. here it goes. day one of the rest of my life. iv started by buying a new outfit for tonite and trimmed my beard down to stubble. tonight i will be going to a pub by mine with a few mates they play dance tunes but the music is not too loud not to speak. any ideas for approaches or how to get myself syched up would be appreciated. i would ask to wish me luck but im going to make my own from now on! let the game begin i need help with approach anxiety any tips? |
