let's get you started with the following:
1.read the book"the game"
2.read mystery methode
3.if that's not enough,learn some routins and openers etc....
4.GO OUT AND SEE HOW AWESOME YOU ARE!

hi guys, im from Ottawa , Ontario in Canada, im 31 yrs old n have been single for almost 5 yrs, having low self esteem n confident, hoping that learning to be a PUA would solve my problem ,hopefully i would be able to face my fears n become like to take the challenge. starting from basic would be great |
