Hey bro I'm from Scotland but I went to Newcastle one time just for a random night out with a friend it was great. "The Players Club" and "Sinners" I think were the names of the places we hit.. plenty of hot girls I managed to get a few back to the travel lodge 
As a noob to PickUp I suggest you get yourself some material.. I started with David De Angelos book "Double Your Dating". Then I got some of his AudioBooks and Interviews with dating gurus. But later I switched to RSD which is more natural stuff. Iv'e also heard Mystery is really good but search google and youtube then come back once you have the basics learned and you will be in a better position to ask questions.
