Guys I am an over weight guy but have no problem going upto girls and starting conversation. Most of the time I blow it cause I am very persistent. Do I strike out because of being fat or is it because I fail to create attraction? I have a reasonably good sense of humor but often have periods of silence due to lack of appropriate responses.. |

Mostly because of you fail at creating attraction, but looks do matter till certain extent. I'd suggest to start being a bit more mindful about your weight, and read a bit more just so you get some openers and stories down. It will help avoid silences when the conversation goes flat. |
