It seems like you've read quite a bit, but if you don't put all that knowledge in practice, it will simply be useless. Why don't you do a little test and go out to the field without preparing yourself beforehand? Just go out and try to talk to some girls. See what happens. Doing so can give you a real good understanding of where you're standing in regards to your game.
Once you do that, write down the areas in which you feel you need some more development and then read/practice some more.
Always be proactive about your learning process, since it won't happen on its own.
