This is what I do at weekends, I try to do it every weekend if there is no other important matter to be attend or involve.
I do swimming at every weekend, swimming in the evening is my favorite weekend activity. And for week days I do morning cardio.

For Home workouts I have small dumbbells, one barbell with some weight plates and a treadmill to warmup and to fit my overall body. I have recently replaced the manual trade mill with an electrical treadmill but I have to put it under some shade in my home lawn to keep it safe from rain.
