Hey everyone

Just wanted to know everyones thoughts on approaching girls when you're nervous. In you're opinion whats the best way to go about doing it for a newbie?

Hey man,

I'm nervous all the time. Nervousness/anxiety is a natural body reaction to protect you from harm. This is evolutionary. We are in 2017 though and rarely see animals or people with guns on the streets. I think doing some research into this could help you understand your nerves.

Also, in the book I'm reading Style says that nerves and thoughts are just there to mess you up. Don't let them stop you.
