I keep falling for manipulative liars and users. I don't know why and by the time I figure it out, it just turns me on even more.

Women are responding to YOU man. If every person you're falling for is manipulative and liars then theres a great chance that you are the problem.

Perhaps you're the liar and manipulator that gets fooled in the end? We get back the energy that we put out. Not to mention, everyone wants something when they approach a relationship. You may want to get laid, she may want to get paid. You may want to get laid, she may want to get married. Theres no world in which someone just wants you for you until they've had an extended amount of time to get to know you.

Perhaps you can provide more details about your story though, and the women you meet that can help us out.

I agree with Eddie.

Firstly: You aren't screening correctly and noticing these red flags of these manipulative women.
Secondly: You need to realize everyone has an agenda when coming into a new "relationship/interaction/etc". SO technically they are all manipulative, even you. You have a mating strategy and so does she.
Lastly: Deal with it. It's how the game is played. You however, need to set those boundaries early on so that she shape-shifts to your frame opposed to you, to hers.
