Most of the products out there that contain multiple herbs usually never have high dosages of any one herb. But as for testo jack, it no longer does anythin for me. I think they changed the formula because when i first tried it out, it made me feel like a horny teenager all over again. But research all the herbs that are in testo jack, they all have ED benefits. You can also add 2-3g of arginine a day. It definitly gets the blood flowing down there. Just remember to cycle to arginine off & on or else you'll feel bloated and get random muscle cramps

I've been reading that both panax ginseng and rhodiola rosea can have estrogenic effects on the body... I'm really hesitant now... I'm no scientist -- do you guys know anything about this?

First off all I just want say respect to you threadstarter. I know that this can be a very sensitive subject for most men and can be hard to discus.

I know exactly what your going through. I know how it feels to look at hot naked girl and think she is damn sexy and to have your penis not agree with you, I'm familiar with the feelings of depression and fear that when the time comes you wont be able to perform, and I don't know if it was just me but, I also know that it can sometimes make you feel like less of a man.

So I'm going to tell you what worked for me and hopefully it can work for you. Now I'm still going through the trail run of it all but, I've been trying it out for a month and it's been going so far so good.

What I had to learn first was to accept that I have E.D and then to realize that it had nothing to do with my masculinity but, that it was simply a imbalance in my body that had to be balanced.

So here are the 5 tips that helped me to get my flag pole to rise.

1 exercise meaning lifting and cardio. Sex being a physical sport and therefore takes stamina cardio also helps with the heart's blood flow.

2 Healthy diet means constant fruits in vegetables in you breakfast, lunch and dinner stay away from the greasy fatty stuff it slows and can stoop blood flow from the heart.

3 Rest. rest, rest, rest, rest rest. Gotta get the proper 8hrs in. When your not resting properly it leads to stress and stress leads to you know what.

4 At least cut down on the porn and masturbation. Hey I like porn as much as the next guy but maybe just a little too much. You see I was where you were at, as in doing it 3 times a day I tried stop thousands of times but, what I realized was I was doing it wrong. I would not recommend going cold turkey, you have to wean yourself off of it. I started by allowing myself to do it just once a day and then once every other day. This is where I'm at now and it's going pretty good I hope to get it down to at least once a week.

5. Two herbs that helped me, gecko biloba and yohimbe. Gecko biloba actually helps with your brain functions but, it has a side effect of helping with e.d. yohimbe is made for the purpose of helping e.d but, it can't do it on it's own and that's why the gecko is called for. you can find these two herbs in capsule form at any rite aid. Take one capsule each a daily even if you don't plan on having sex that day just to get them in your system.

The herbs was the hardest thing for me to accept because of pride but, then I said to myself do you want to be prideful or do you want pussy? Good look my friend hope this helps.

In my opinion masturbation (without porn) is fine. I asked a few doctors who say it does not cause ED and is perfectly healthy, i wank everyday and get it up no problem. I quit porn 4 months ago.

Wanking to porn is bad, in my opinion thats the problem and thats what causes ED. Look up yourbrainonporn.com for details. since i stopped i get rock solid so easily.

I don't buy in to the whole no masturbation thing, and i trust a doctors opinion over a PUA on the internet, but agree. porn does kill ur erection imo.

Also try weightlifting for testostorone.

Did you try Viagra?? I had similar problem as you but than started use this drug in viagmed.com. After a while, the situation improved.
