hello guys, i know one girl, she grow up with me, she is like my sister... but now, i start to feel sexual vibe between us, we are going out together and spend lot of time drinking etc... but i think emotions are contagious and i can turn this situation to other side.. but how to escalate inconspicuously, i want from her to chase me, lot of girls chasing me right now, but this friend is quiet shy and dont know what to do, i dont want to ruin our long term friendly relationshipt, she is like my sister, but i am very horny when she is with me, and she talk sexual sometimes.. so i need advise, thanks :)

Ego thing bro. It's an addiction/bad habit to get out of. Same thing when guys go after prestige etc. In this case..women is the main source of validation for the OP

He wants her to chase him because he wants HER to initiate the interaction, and show interest, and that way he feels comfortable making the move, or even waiting for HER to make the move, so that he has less risk of ruining the friendship. In other words, he thinks she might be interested, but he knows he is definitely interested, and if she shows interest then he won't have a problem with escalating it to another level, but he isn't sure she won't. My advice is to be a little more certain before you go out on a limb. Either you're unable to see her IOI's, or they aren't really there. Let your "friendship" escalate into more open discussion of sex, and other things that friends don't really do, and see what happens from there.
