Don't worry about that too much if your in a work environment. Make sure your at least getting some light kino in. Putting your hand on her shoulder, hug, etc. Find an excuse to get her number or straight up just ask her. It's a lot easier being inappropriate outside of work so you don't have to think about the harassment policy too much. If you insist you can always make jokes that appears to be a perverted one but could mean something else so if she takes the joke sexually you can call her out on it and tell her to keep her mind out the gutter. She may get a good laugh out of it.
