Picked up a girl at backpacker bar next to our hostel (she's staying here too) last night.

She's leaving tonight and she's with her best friend who is staying one extra night.

Spent the night making out and dancing, was very sexual, got to third base on the dancefloor Around 2am I asked her if she wanted to leave with me but she wasn't gonna leave her friend. When the place closed she was tired and we both went back to our own rooms.

This morning I messaged, bit of back and forth trying to get her to meet up, she was responding but ended up heading out with her BFF, which now makes sense since they are only meeting in Sydney for yesterday and today.

At this point I don't know what to message and I'm concerned that if I invite out again it looks too needy. I've got something on this afternoon which I mentioned to her, how do I go about trying to see her again before she goes (and she doesn't have a fixed time to catch train but assume it's tonight)?

My ideas:

"Hey give me your friends phone number, she's staying another night right? We can grab a beer."

"Hey hope you enjoy your day with your friend, if you have time before you head back, let's hang out again"

"Hope you had a great time with your friend today, sneak my way tonight, and we can have some more fun too "

You don't care if she enjoyed her day with her friend. Your last line is the honest, congruent line (IE, 'sneak my way').

So looking back through my thread I've butchered it and I'm gonna really work on this area.

and she replied
I took the ferry to blah
I will go back tonight

I said
Cool. msg me if you want to have some fun before you go, otherwise have fun at blah

And she replied
smile Ok.

What do you do now?

Yeah, actually my friend said exactly the same thing.

I am going to get more comfortable with giving people more space when messaging, whilst also being direct and not starting a random chat thread.

I actually did end up leaving it and not replying again, went out dancing and she didn't respond, as expected.

Reviewing the whole interaction, I spent too long in the club dancing, I need to identify when the energy is at it's peak and move locations then. From her messages first thing in the morning she was brushing me off a bit so the interested died out.
