Im portuguese so i will translate it literally then i will explain the reasoning behind and i want you guys to tell me if the opener is Good, and if not, what alterations i can do and i want to know if this is good to use on teen girls (im 19, so i am not into old girls yet).

"Hello! Sorry, i know this can seem strange, and i dont usually do this kind of thing, but i saw u walking and i noticed how pretty u are and i decided to see if u are also nice, so i came and said hi"
if she tries to say no i will just say: sorry then , have a nice day!, then i leave.
if she says yes i will try and escalate into more personal conversation.


So, the reasoning is:

Im opening with an empathy thing that i saw in RSD Max videos, by saying: "this can seem a bit strange" i am showing some empathy to the girl.
Then i compliment her, then i "test" her by expecting her to be a nice girl by saying "and i decided to see if u are also nice, so i came and said hi".

So my questions are:
Is this a good opener for a Lone 15-19 year old girl walking in the shopping or going to school in the same path as me, or just at a random setting? (I will test it out this weekend , and during next week too, i am just asking for some experienced comments so i can make it more efficient)

Also i have to point some things about portuguese mentality:
-Portuguese girls from 15 to 19 or maybe a little older dunno? tend to be very protective and defensive when it comes to talk to strangers, and they can be rude sometimes, specially if they are in groups.
what i say is: If they are in groups, they will try to humiliate you if u are not sexy in their eyes, or simply be rude to you. And when they are alone they can give u rude answers like "Do i know you? Get out!" or stuff like that...
Thats why i focused on the empathy thing...
PLease help me out making the perfect opening =)

the age of consent in Portugal is 14. I'm from the U.S. so i agree that it's weird from my perspective, but it is legal and i guess socially acceptable.

I don't have much experience so take my advice with a grain of a salt. I could be wrong, these are just my thoughts. Personally I think the opener seem too wordy - I would make it shorter.

Then you start by saying "Sorry", what are you apologizing for? That seems like something a weak male would say. A strong male isn't going to apologies for wanting to talk to a girl - there's nothing wrong with wanting to talk to a girl.

Then you say "I know this can seem strange". But by bringing up the fact that it seems strange you could be planting the idea of it being strange in her mind. She might not have been thinking that, but now she is. Do you really need to empathize with her? I mean it's not like you're approaching her dressed like a clown, you're just saying hi.

Then you say, "I don't usually do this kind of thing" which again plants the idea that there's something wrong with what you're doing.

I also don't like how you ended it with "so I came and said hi", it just sounds weird.

Again, I don't have much experience, so what do I know, but I think that kind of opener seems long, weird and sounds planned, like you have memorized it. Why not go with something short and sweet like "Hi, I saw you walking. Tell me, are you as nice as you are pretty?" Or, Hi I saw you walking and I had to come talk to you. Tell me, are you as nice as you are pretty?"

Being legal doesn't imply it's socially acceptable.

The age of consent in Romania is 15. I'm 23. But you don't see me running around picking up literal children. I'm not doing it now and I stopped doing it ever since I hit 18. That's the point. The difference between 15 to 19 is exponential compared to something like 25 to 29.

At that age the only reason you're being called a teen is because you find it derogatory to be called a kid. Which is what you are.

But seriously you guys sound like that guy I met who threw his arms to the sky once I told him I was dating a 18-y-o girl (I'm 26), telling me that was wrong because she was so young and inexperienced. Fuck that. If the vibe is here and you're not risking your ass to jail, just go for it. I actually find it rewarding to know that I'm offering the girl a good first experience, as opposed to all the crappy first times other girls will have with inexperienced/awkward/manipulator 16-y-o kids.

But I mean..19 year old and 15 year old? I understand 18 year olds, it's legal so personally I don't care. But if they are still learning about world war 2 I think that's a problem. Or if you are asked to prom...maybe a provlem

Obviously it has nothing to do with it being legal or not, since most people will have an issue with it even if it's legal. Neither has it anything to do with WW2 since I'm sure you can find tons of mature girls who don't know shit about it.

To me it's just a societal norm, though I'm not sure where it comes from. You're not supposed to date girls with too much of an age difference, that's it. And god forbid you sexualize a 15-y-o girl (as if some of them weren't already watching porn). As for me, what matters is what's going on between you and the girl. If it's clean, if you're respectful, if you're acknowledging her limited perspective on heart matters and are not being a manipulatory dick, you got my blessing.

LMAO...A 15 year old watching porn justifies an adult for sexualizing her? You may as well say that the moment that you start watching porn should be the age of consent with that logic.

Regardless, I'm going to point out that the age of consent on this forum is 18 no matter where you're from. So quit talking about having sex with little kids.

You're missing my point. I was citing porn not as a justification but as an example to show that some 15-y-o do have a sexuality, which many people deny.

No, I got your point and I get that you have your social views on it...but to me, it was a justification of having sex with a child because the child is aware of its own sexuality.
