It's not simply confidence...
I genuinely feel the world is a much brighter place and everything seems better about myself and everyone.
I do like to drink and usually have atleast 1 drink in the evenings to chill out, but I find alcohol makes other people more interesting for me.

Am I faking emotion for other peoples approval? I do feel I'm more likeable when I have a buzz on haha

Under the influence of alcohol I like meeting new people, making friends and chatting up girls, when I'm sober I don't really give a shit about my surroundings.

I'm fucked up :lol:

Not asking for counselling, just seeing if anyone else feels like this and is it normal? :\

I honestly feel the exact same when I am tipsy/slightly drunk.

My confidence shoots through the roof and I tend to have fun even on my own, but I obviously try and talk to people.
My conversations also just flow better and I start more conversations with strangers. It just feels so much better, but you cant be drunk all the time. Im trying to be less shy in person and sober, trying to slowly 'transfer' that person to the sober me.

And no you are not weird or fucked up, Im sure other people feel the same way.

It's amazing how confident people are when they stop worrying about how they appear to others. Now only if you could do it sober, you'd be gold.
