So, I've been writing a book, it's mainly a novel but it has elements of social dynamics and pua techniques.

In this book I basically tell the story of 10 different girlfriends and dates I had during my life (obviously I had much more, but I wanted to limit myself) and explain what worked and what went wrong in an analytical way.

Now, I have a problem: I like some theories from PUA world and social dynamics study that I'd like to use to explain stuff in my book, but I'm pretty scared of copyright infringement.

I mean, I doubt that the survival and reproduction theory is RSD's Max stuff, but that's where I heard about it. I'd like to avoid citing him for stuff I don't think is his own but general evolutionary biology.

Anybody knows something about this stuff?

Don't worry about it. Just about every theory in pickup is stolen, watered down, or misinterpreted from somewhere based on real psychology.

And they don't make any copyright infringement?

PU books are typically ideas, concepts, and procedures. You can't copyright ideas and procedures.
