As an example, get a massage; your blood flow can be improved. Compound exercises are an excellent way to build muscles to their fullest extent. These exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Bench presses, for example, work your chest, arms and shoulders at the same time. Train by completing as many reps and exercises as possible during each session. Try taking breaks that don't exceed 1 minute and try 15 reps for each set. This will enable the lactic acids to flow and stimulate the growth of muscles. When you constantly do this as you workout you help maximize the amount of muscles you build. Once your workout is complete, you need to stretch thoroughly, so that your muscles repair themselves and continue to grow. If you are under the age of 40, every stretch should be held for a minimum of 30 seconds.
