Go to a dermatologist and tell them you want Accutane. That is a guaranteed way to have perfect skin.

It's the only real cure for acne. I went on that, 3 months later my skin was perfect, and my skin is incapable of producing a zit.

I've tried every cream, wash, regime on this planet, but that was the the only real solution for me.

Essentially, clean up your diet, drink lots of water, try to determine and cut out any food types which you may have a slight allergy to (sometimes things such as bread, or sugar, or yeast, or dairy, may bring you out in the odd spot or two - not a full allergic reaction but enough to give you a bit of acne), and then hope you're of the right age and have the right genes - a lot of acne is hormonal or inherited, so there's not all that much you can do about it anyway.
To fight with acne and also with different skin problems you should drink a lot of clean water (really A LOT). All my doctors and nutritionists say that. If you have an allergy you need to find out on what. Well, I have cheese allergy and from all kind of cheese I have these red rash in form of blisters (bleh  ) http://stopallergyguide.com/cheese-allergy/ and one of really good advises is to to drink kefir, yogurt and other drinks to prevent intestinal disorders, as they are able to normalize the intestinal microflora. Diet is very helpful to save your skin clean and smooth.

Hi!

I used to have a similar problem - literally nothing worked for me. Some things were working a little bit but after a month or two everything was as it used to be before. I started check food allergies etc. and I cut on dairy - helped a little bit but I still had big breakouts. About year ago I came across some curology reviews. I was't convinced a the beginning but after following those reviews for a few months I decided to give it a try. I don't regret it at all as it looks like working really good. After 5 months I had only a breakout when I went crazy with eating dairy for a whole week XD
Have you checked vitamin D3 level? It also may cause some skin problems.

I noticed a lot of dermatologists contradict themselves.

One thing I noticed on myself during the years:
- Stress really gives me more zits acne
- Protein powder also seems to give me some more acne

When you have the occasional zit with the white head, press on it with a needle, push the white out and disinfect it.

One last thing: Don't obsess about it, many girls will still want you if your acne is reasonable and even less than reasonable.

I remember stressing and even getting depressed about it when I was 20, now I'm 31 and looking back I was really over-obsessing about it.
