I agree, but the language barrier makes logistics extremely difficult to even get it that point and I do like a good flowing conversation sometimes.

But a tradition of mine is to get them to talk dirty in their native tongue

When the language barrier is a problem you can't really use slang or big words. You're going to have to pretty much tone it down and keep it simple. Pretty much nonverbal escalation from there which is pretty fun since you rely on your body to do most of the talking.

Couching surfing as a host is easy. Backpackers do not want to pay hotel prices and they will happily stay at your place. Get to know them and get some drinks flowing and you can seduce 50% of them

As a guest, though, is a different story. It is a lot of easier to couch surf if you're a hot chick. But as guy, you have no control but you might get lucky. An empty profile makes things even harder, make sure you build some reviews with it to establish that you're not a rapist.
