First things first, why 342? At the beginning of the year I thought making a new journal would be silly, but due to the fact that the first 2 pages of my journal are BS, I'm starting over. It is called the 342 Journal because as of this moment there are 342 days left in the year. Vol 2 stands for Volume 2. Each year will be a new journal.
First I would like to Highlight a few things that I am proud of this year. Although I am still an AFC (I wouldn't even call myself an RAFC), I have made a lot of progress. Flirting with Underware girl (I opened a girl about underwear), and a girl who worked at Big 5 who ended up ranting on about buffets were large steps for me. Building enough attraction to N-close 7 girls at the beggining of the year was a huge feat, and the party where I ended up grinding with 5 girls was something I never imagined (Thank you gambler, but you should stick to club game). A few things, I have added a PMO tracker on my signature. At the moment I am at 6 days without masturbating. Within the past 4 years, I've realized the longest I've ever gone without masturbating was 12 days which was at the beggining of college. This explains the huge drive that I had. The PMO tracker in my signature will let you see if I've masturbated or not. Hopefully this will make me think twice about jacking off. The only erotic material that I viewed was today as a nofap test. Probably shouldn't have done it but oh well. It was 2 mins and felt really strong (so at least I'm being resensitized to that stuff). Excercise: I have been working out like a motherfucker. Each time I want to take a break I can't. I either feel like a lazy fuck or when I am relaxed enough to not work out I have rugby practice or something (rugby practice is 3 mornings and 5-6 nights a week). I feel sore constantly. Hopefully this will go away. It did last semester late in the rugby season, your body just adapts. I plan to post more on this forum in the fitness section because I think I could help people get in shape.
My motivation recently: For whatever, I have had little motivation to sarge. This is why I started NoFap, but although I am definately hornier I have not regained the motivation yet. I don't know why. Anyway, here are my goals:
1. Quit Masturbating
2. Lose fat/gain 6 pack (I'm pretty close)
3. Update Journal every day (even if not necesarily PUA related)
4. K-close 20 and F-close 3 girls this year (Is this goal lofty or low? This may seem like no problem for you more experienced members, but we've all got to start somewhere)
5. Focus more on school work.
6. Approach atleast 1 girl a day
7. Clean room (yeah, I'm not joking...)
Among the non-PUA things that I have gotten better at (although most things are related to PUA), I have become a much better leader. In most groups I am leading the set. I've been hanging out with friends more (I've had more time this semester). Finally, I have gotten way more involved with hobby's. I've learned the Ukulele, am playing guitar again, and learning graduate level theories when it comes to programming.
Hopefully this year treats me well.
Last but not least, I request something of you, the reader. If you want me to write this journey, Please respond to it. Each time there's a new post write what you think, and given how opinionated this site is I know you have to be thinking something. Your posts help speed my journey immensely, whether you're a PUA who knows what I'm doing wrong or an AFC with a comment. I like to see comments on the journal as long as they remain relevant.
