This is pretty good stuff . I Do A Lot Of The Positive Things He Pointed Out While Talking To A Target , But Then I Also Do Alot Of Negative Stuff.

Such as , the saying "Um" or "Ah" while speaking. so i need some feild time to practice.

Yea, that's a good point. With two blatantly different philosophies regarding eye contact, how can we know what is true?

In my opinion, the tip suggested here to not stare so much is safer and more consistent with results. 60 years' philosophy seems to be more hit-or-miss, but when it hits it is more powerful than the method described here.

I agree with everything in the list except for this. This rule seems tacked-on and unnecessary.

Knowing "big words" and using them to construct complex sentences can be a DHV.

Saying um or ah is just our brain catching up with our mouth. With time, confidence and practice you'll learn how to be effective and concise with what you say. You can do it consciously straight away, but it's hard to keep up. Try your hardest though, until your subconscious gets use to it, and thinks of it as 'fuck' in church

You Have to sit there and think about it in every conversation you are having whether it be with friends,girls, coworkers, family or etc. You have to stop yourself slow down your speaking and really focus on what you are saying it also helps to really listen to the other person because then you won't focus on whether they are listining to you or not and opens you up to not using the umms and ahhhs

I'm wondering about straight face/poker face I smile often (of course not creepy and needy smile...) but some PUA dont smile often and that just messes with HB's head. Like they cant see their facial expression so they cant figure out.

I'm confuced any one know any good article or topic for my question ? tnx
