Hello

I have a very particular problem with my appearance. Lets be honest... I used to be really fat... (over 260lbs with 5ft 8 height). However I have worked really hard on losing it and at the moment I am at steady 182lbs. Due to the fact that I have been so obese my sugar and cortisol levels were really high. After a year I've managed to drop the weight and stabilize my hormonal and sugar levels. Yet the leftover is that I am covered in really badly looking stretch marks caused by high cortisol levels.

It wouldn't be as bad as if they were on my arms or shoulders only but they are on my stomach and on my chest. Without my shirt, I look like a 40 year old woman after couple of pregnancies and the only thing that masks them a tiny bit is the hair.

I was wondering if there is any chance to get rid of them at least to some extent. I would rather like to avoid any cosmetic surgeries as my current financial status wouldn't allow me to undergo them.
Another thing is the reaction of women to this kind of skin defects. Has any one of you had similar problems or maybe has a view on this topic? More specifically how a woman would react to seeing them?

I wouldn't fret too much about it. Women have a things they are insecure about too. Meet and meld your energy with hers. It's what she wants anyway.

Cocoa butter is a good start. Morning and night...douse yourself in it. Makes you smell good, it's good for your skin and it'll slowly fade marks and scars.

Chemical peels. You know those ones for face exfoliation etc.? Them ones. Get the strongest ones you can get. Your body skin is thicker than your facial skin so it'll handle it.

Vitamin D. Get the capsules..cut them open and massage the oil over the marks/scars. I had a very bad scar on my forehead (chain saw accident).... I did vitamin D massage every night and within 6 months you could barely see the scar any more.

i know stetch marks does not look good. Even my aunt had stretch marks. Potato Juice, plenty of water and aloe vera helped her a lot to remove stretch marks. She also used massage palper-rouler to get rid of it. The massage palper-rouler reduces body fats and stretch marks. You can try using it.
