Somebody don't like to eat green vegetables, but the green vegetables provide us many benefits if we will eat in daily base.now there maximum peoples are suffering from over weight problem and some other illness. so if you want to stay healthy and fit then you should eat green vegetables. green vegetables diet is more healthy and protect us from many illness, like over weight problem, skin problems etc. green vegetables included with good vitamins that is so good for our health.

Here are some benefits of eating vegetables...
reduce risk for stroke and perhaps other cardiovascular diseases.
reduce risk for type 2 diabetes.
protect against certain cancers, such as mouth, stomach, and colon-rectum cancer.

I enjoy salads but for those who don't you can always make a veggie smoothie or add some veggies in your fruit smoothie. If using a good recipe & it's done right it's not noticeable.

Rising star kale certainly deserves its place in the spotlight. Rich in vitamins A, C, K, B6, as well as calcium and magnesium.

Ive been a candy addict and still am to some degree.

But I also lost 30 pounds by eating nothing but vegetables and protein.

Candy spike up your emotions and ability to concentrate suffers.
Vegetables provide a long lasting energy boost that keeps you going all day.

I suggest to start a day with a BIG ASS salad in the morning I have been doing this for about 1.5 years now and never looked back.

EVERYONE needs a wide variety of vegetables.
leafy greens have so few calories in them that they do not have to be counted on diabetic diets or Weight Watchers.
Leafy greens are just a part. They are missing some nutrients which is why a wide variety of all produce is best.
Most all the green leafy veggies I looked up(spinach, kale, romaine, lettuce) were missing all or most of the B vitamins.
That is why a WIDE variety is recommended; to get all the nutrients.

I am the person who dont like eating vegetables, and the result is: my face turned terrible with acne and scars, big pores :(( kind of anxiety. Now I'm trying to get used to with having organic meal :(((
