Awesome transformation.

Is there a question/point to this thread though? Not trying to be rude, just wondering...

Change your training and learn more about nutrition, if this thread is asking about how to get over plateaus.

If you've hit a plateau, try changing your lifting split and upping your calorie intake. Aim for 500 cals above your TDEE, lift heavy and make sure you get 1.5-2lbs or protein per lean lb of bodyweight daily.

Recently hit a wall myself.

Just changing my work out routine helped (I was already taking on 4k plus calories aday which for a 5"5 63kg guy is alot)

I was doing three sets trying to get to 10 reps with each set hopefully failing at 6-8. I now do five sets 1st set 10 (warm up) 2nd-4th increasing weight so I fail around 5-7 5th weight not allowing me to do more then three reps.

Is working pretty well so far. Also try mixing up you supplements you may find oth combinations work better for you.
