Find particular classes in your area. Don't go for the cheapest option. Speak with a a native english/British/kiwi speaker. Make sure they are toefl certified or something similar

Use English as much you can.

Keep a diary in English. Keep a blog in English. Watch movies with English subtitles or without. Keep your thoughts in English. Make your whole living through English.

Studying English is totally BS. I studied for 13 years, and I still have no clue. That I said before was helped me more than studying.

I writing in this forum because I want to improve my English skills. I using free Grammarly for correcting my texts (still have so much misspelling).

But most important thing - speak English and donĀ“t be afraid to make mistakes!!

Here's a huge mistake of yours, for a starter. I'm now learning Chinese. Chinese people are EVERYWHERE. Anytime I strike a conversation in English with one I'd go with a line or two in Chinese, "What time is it?" "Are you Pekinese?" or "Are you a student?" I'm awful at it and they either struggle to understand or laugh, but closer Chinese friends have said that my pronunciation has drastically improved. Practice makes perfect.

That apart, Lang8 is a good platform, I'd suggest you write one post there twice a week or so. Set yourself a time schedule (I study 30 minutes a day aside from my PhD) and make rotations practicing your listening, reading and writing skills.

And remember that language is a slow learning process that demands longtime efforts.

Easy! Get an African American friend. 90% of the time, the way they talk with women is good!

Watch American TV and movies WITHOUT French subtitles.

Listen to English music and look up the lyrics to read along with.

READ BOOKS (this will improve your vocabulary)

And most importantly - talk whenever you can. Anytime you have a chance to practice English, take advantage and practice
