I recently learned that I had been battling panic attacks, for years, and that amount of baggage explains, I daresay, my ineffectiveness with women, and life, in general.

I'm going to get started again, but I'm laying the right emotional support this time. In the past, I sarged feeling an absolute mess, but this time, I'll be doing it as part of a package of self-improvement, not as an isolated focus.

I know what I want, now, and am systematically working to get it, be it in life, career, and not just pickup, allowing greater determination.

I trust when I start sarging again, that my libido will start to rise, again. I'm 37, in excellent health, but have had a decrease in my sex drive, yet doubt it was masturbation; I also haven't used any drugs, like viagra. As for masturbation, my habits have been the same for years, like two to four days a week, until recently.

I've been far more stressed, and yet erect; I think I've eye flirted with less women over the last couple years, and that's big part. If I flirt, more, should that raise things?
