Offline | New to MPUA Forum | Joined: Mon May 17, 2010 11:42 pm Posts: 25 | The subject title says it all. My partner does not like me snoring and it is affecting her sleep and our relationship. I feel the need to stop snoring, but I don't understand the cause and how to stop myself snoring.
I spoke with my doctor about it, and he suggested losing a bit of weight. I lost a little weight, but the snoring still persists. My partner still sleeps with me, but very recently she sleeps on the opposite end of the bed. Another words, her head is at the bottom of the bed and her feet at the headboard. We sleep without the bed covers over us. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
