I was an incel. Until one day I realized that I am an incel because I act like a beta male.
I am currently indulging myself with the red pill and trying to improve my game.

Characteristics of an Alpha male:
*smile
*confident
*well groomed
*sense of humour
*connecting with people/social centre of room

Personally i find the mentality of abundance most useful for me. (to some extent) The more women you're talking to, the more likely you're going to be successful with your target. Even if you aren't talking to multiple just the one, thinking in your mind that you are ie have other options will make you more confident and more appealing.
