A pickup of mine has shared with me why I'm not more successful than I am. This may be of benefit to others on here also. I hope so.
She acknowledges why I have an edge over most guys. I'm not afraid to talk to the girls. I can walk up to anyone and talk.
However, my body language, without me realizing it most of the time, tells the girl to leave me alone. Personally, and honestly, I had no idea. My God, I can imagine the success I'd have if I can get this straightened out.
So guys, you may want to pay closer attention to your own body language and what it might be saying to the girls. Find a girl, whether you're picking her up OR just straight out asking her for help on reading your body language, and see what they tell you. It could make a HUGE difference in your game. |

Body language is not just about how you are preceived by the girl, it is also important to how you preceive yourself. Try walking around slouched over with your eyes to the ground teeth clenched (like so many guys do) and then take a deep breath stand up tall and walk with a little bounce in your step with your eyes up and a smile on your face (even a fake one!) and see what a difference it makes!
By the way (slightly off topic sorry): deep breathing( as mentioned above) is a great exercise to help you relax. If you are feeling tense: inhale slowly through the nose until the greatest chest expansion is achieved. Hold the breath for 2-3 seconds and slowly exhale through the mouth until maximum chest contration has been achieved. Repeat until the tension is gone... |

She didn't elaborate too much on it yet. It wasn't a good time to go in depth when she told me, and we haven't had much of a chance since either, but we will. Basically she said even though I talk to the girls, my body tells the girl that I'm not open to her really. I'm watching it closer myself to see why. |
