I've just been reading this great book, Ultimate power, it's all about NLP and body language. It gives excellent detail on many useful things, for instance, reading peoples eyes more easily (which is used by many PUA's with the 'true and false' test, where a girl thinks of 4 statements, one wrong, and the rest right, and the PUA guesses correctly which one was wrong.... all through reading eye patterns).

I found that it helped with my perception of moods, and it shows how to change someones mood into a more positive one. This book is great, and, i think it can be applied to most methods, not only Speed Seduction etc. but with more conventional ones, to improve your own self confidence...
Although it's quite a hard read...
