That way you have nothing to fear of and it all might come off naturally and you dont have the need of success.

You need to work harder to make it a part of your life. Even if it means practising on your friends. Once negging becomes part of your behavioural routine for picking up women, you'll stop noticing that you're doing it and start doing it naturally. thus it's no longer a thing of concious effort.
