Should I always start my conversation with some other stuff or can I ask a girl out immediately?

You could do but you'd only get somewhere if you was lucky and the girl was desperate or a dog... or both.

You need to make her interested in you. Men are attracted to what they see, where as, woman are attracted to what they hear.
