Hi
Thanks for this great site and the helpful members this site has.
I will list 2 sticking points of mine.
1. Girls talking about other males.
When talking with girls in a group. Once in a while they start talking about a "Hot male."
That guy is so hot!
Omg! I want to talk to him!
Those Guys are really hot.
Not really for picking up. But to deal with the group of friends that is mainly girls.
6 girls to 1 male ratio in the group.
I don't really know how to be in the conversation or to change the subject.
2. Dealing with girls who are depressed.
I have a friend I know who is at times sad who might be a potential girlfriend. She is a really energetic and nice person to be around. I get her to give me massages all the time. (Shes a good massager, but I never told her that straight up) But everyone once in a while she gets quiet. Its really noticable that shes quiet. Because shes either being really happy and talking.
The Problem is that, when she is depressed, she won't open up to explain why. This person has been depressed at least 10 times without opening up ever. I've tried ways of cheering her up with laughter, (she doesn't laugh, normally she does) I even neg her that shes holding in her laugh (Don't know if thats a right choice) Even tried directly asking Whats wrong.

1. 6 to 1 ratio. thats high social proof. your dealing with the wolves there. you need to be the alphamle and take control of the WHOLE conversation. essentially be the center of attention. if you are not, they turn to thier friends for fun. so my advice would be do a couple of routines to get all of thier attention then you can go into a convo with them, my favorite is " so i was reading a magazine the otherday while i was getting my haircut, they were talking about who lies more, men or women?" they will all talk guranteed. then you can be like " well i think men like about the small stuff like, no your ass doesnt look big in those pants, but women lie about the big stuff like, its your baby!" they will all laugh....... thus making you the center of attention.
2...... she is not comfortable with you enough yet. share a secret with her. have a deep talk and see where that takes you. but under no circumstances be a BETA and be annyoing and trying to press the issue

1. Could be she is testing you....Just say, "Oh yeah, you think he would go for you, go and ask him for his number" Be playful and show that you are not effected. If its not a test, you haven't built attraction properly (or missed your opportunity to phas eshift). Also, make sure you are locking in early in the set to limit her visibility of the rest of the venue.
2. I know this sounds harsh, but don't bother with girls like this. There are too many other women out there to waste energy trying force someone to change their behavior. |
