As a yankee who's moved to the south I've had to adjust to the southern woman. Southern women like to touch. If a northern girl starts to touch you a bit then you're probably in. But southern women will touch you regardless. They're harder to read. What seems like flirting to a northerner is just talking for a southern girl. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this and how they deal with it. IOI's I know are universal mostly but some of them do have some regional differences in how you should read them.
