Great stuff! I also think, that it is very important to talk to everybody and to get exposed. Don't just stay in front of the computer and read PUA stuff. GO out and get social. It depends on you, how quick you want to learn this skills and to become comfortable talking to women. Want to find out more things, that can help you get rid of approach anxiety? "if your man dies, just hit the button and play again."

This is an incredibly effective yet funny way to look at it. I love this.

good way of overcoming anxiety approach when in a group of guys is to play a game. 1 point for talking to a girl, 2 points for a number, 3 for a dance, 4 for a kiss, and an infiniate for a lay. Count up all the points at the end of the night and the person who wins will get a lapdance/takaway bought for them by the losers!

I'm currently working on my approach anxiety. I struggle to think of things (using routine to overcome this) and I go red in the face (self-conscious about what people think about me.) I used to shake heaps too and have a head twitch, but I have not done that in a few months though, which is awesome! I've never been a really social person but I need to learn social skills so I'm getting out there now and going for it!

Anyway I've found this great article on building self-confidence, and it is really helping me, I think it will help you too! http://www.thechangeblog.com/self-confidence/

What I do to overcome my AA is when I walk the street, I put on my Aviator sunglasses.
I dont know but there must be something in that Aviator that makes people look at me. When I notice them I say "Hello" right away. When they reply back I start taking off the sunglasses and just have a random conversation with them.
It felt pretty good really

Yeah, drink works sometimes, but be careful of the place you're going and how much you drink. I went once at a disco I never been before and although I drank few beers, I couldn't even stepped in and dance.
If you drink too much, you might turn off some chicks with the smell and even more, you might do dumb things which you'll regret later.

After 7 years of trying EVERYTHING I could find to get rid of my anxiety when approaching women, and spending probably couple of THOUSANDS of $$ on courses, books and various methods, I couldn't get rid of my anxiety of approaching women if it killed me.

I would get that sinking feeling, couldn't think of anything but getting a blank mind, and I would just stare at the woman like a deer caught in the headlights.

Well the advice like "ask women for time" or "say hi to 5 women a day" DOESN'T WORK, because afterwards I didn't know how to continue the conversation to a more "I like you and would love to get to know you better" type of a conversation.

So one day I decided to do a dangerous experiment and create a technique that would actually ELIMINATE that anxiety out of my system.

After 7 years of research I finally did it - When I did the technique, my anxiety somehow LEFT my body, I didn't had that sinking feeling anymore and I could approach any woman I wanted.

The best part of this technique is that it eliminated my anxiety in only 57 minutes. (Yes I timed it)

So you can do what ever you want, follow the same advice like that, but unless you experience an EMOTIONAL SHIFT that would make your fear go away, NOTHING will work.

You can try the technique by clicking on the link in the description, or by visiting volcanoconfidence.com

If you have any questions about confidence around women you can send me a message under private.
