Hey guys!
Been reading quite a bit now, and i've found so many different views on SMILING. . . .. Should you smile alot showing that you're an easy going guy having fun all the time taking life lightly whatever. . . .. or should you try to smile as little as possible?
I'm a bit confused on this. . .

When your approaching and opening smile big. Once you get into the set you can lay off, people look goofy if they are constantly smiling big. But think about when you just see some friends you smile and go greet them, same idea with the approach.

There is a difference between smileing alot and smileing consistantly. Smileing alot means you smile, then dont, then do again....alot

Smileing consistantly is what some people mistake for alot, smileing consistantly is haveing the smile on your face too long.

Women want you to emote, full range, not just happy emoting. You cannot emote correctly if your smileing consistantly...however if your smileing alot that just speaks to the fact that your in a good mood and will make others happy.

Smile alot, but make sure to catch other emotes too. Also dont overdo it (why is that dude smileing like a jackass while he pours himself a beer?)

I'll take a fun quote from David D. "Guys that don't smile don't get laid!" I agree with that was previously mentioned in that when you open you should be smiling and a slightly higher energy level than the set. When you get further along towards, A3 you can relax, and don't smile as much.

Definitely you should smile like this Smile and not like this Very Happy .

The thing about smiling is that it has double effects - it lifts your mood and put in you in a positive frame of mind; and when you approach people smiling- they usually cannot help but smile back.

When they smile back, they are instantly in a friendly mood and half of your approach is done already Wink .

Go watch a couple episodes of Burn Notice and observe how much the main character smiles and how he smiles. Honestly, the guy puts people at ease so much, just by smiling, even when the rest of his body language and even his tonality says that he isn't happy, the smile makes it all come together.

i say definitley smile. i smile alot. of course there are alot of times im just straight faced. but so many girls have told me that my smile is my best feature and i have a perfect smile . but idk, i think guys appear more valuable/ attractive if theyre having a good time. like im smiling and laughing alot when im with my friends at school, passing thru the halls and numerous HB's. feel more alpha. its not like i smile too much tho. i think youre definitley more approachable when u smile as well.

Smiling is a must, it shows happiness and confidence in one's self. And if youve got decent teeth why not let them be seen.

Too much smiling makes you appear fake and it says to your target that she can't trust your emotions. If you only smile then you aren't real. One of the attraction switches for women is "a willingness to emote". Therefore you smile only when it is warranted. Along with that, get pissed off when it's warranted, get serious when it's warranted, laugh when it's warranted, etc. If you don't convey your emotions to be genuine no woman would trust you.

Smile for 2-3 seconds when entering a set, and after be real. Remember to maintain a higher energy than the rest of the set however.

Don't smile when you approach women, you will look too excited.
