question about not drinking

I remember seeing a video online where Mystery said he didn't drink when he went sarging and I was just recently reminded of this when i saw a youtube video where this guy was saying that all the top PUAs don't drink. To anyone reading, my question is, what can we say to "not" drink? When your with friends, or at a social gathering, it's hard not to drink because there's the social pressure to drink. People constantly ask you, are you going to get something to drink? What is something I can say to not drink, what's a good excuse without sounding like a douchebag who's no fun, who doesn't drink?

I used to go for 'I just don't feel like drinking tonight but hey, don't let me hold you back. Knock yourself out!'.
After a while of that nobody was surprised anymore that I wouldn't drink.

If you don't think your up for that you can always say you're on antibiotics and are not allowed to drink while taking those.
Unfortunately that's only a short term solution though.

I say just put your foot down. You want to be a PUA after all, not a sheep.
Live by your own rules.

you can drink and still not get trashed. if you feel social pressure to drink with everyone else, just get one or two beers and take your time with them. you dont have to get wasted, stay sober. personally, i find that it gives me something to do while chilling and scoping out the scene.

Yeah, like m0ri said, just because you drink, doesn't mean you have to get wasted. If you get heaps nervous, 1 or 2 beers might be good to loosen you up, social lubrication as they call it.

And if you really don't want to drink, tell them, 'I don't want to drink'. You can try and make something up but if you just say you prefer not to, and they have a sook about them, fuck them, and ask them 'who getting the chicks?'

Style drinks. Anyone remember the time he couldn't get it up for the stripper in the bathroom in The Game? He says he had a few JD and cokes on that night.

Between the two times that I talked with Mystery, he did not have any drinks with him. Style said he had two jack and cokes in the book but did not have a drink when I saw him.

The entire point is that alcohol consumption will affect your game. The more you drink, the more it will.

It will slow down your brain and this is the most important weapon that you have. You do not want to go into a sword fight with a dull and chipped sword, do you?

With that said, this does not mean that you can never drink. One to two beers an hour would only affect you a bit. Throw in some food, and it probably would not have any noticeable affect. Nurse a beer for awhile. If you do not want to look different, or need a 'come back' to an AMOG, this is what I say (my DHV story)

AMOG/GIRL: Why are you not drinking, blah blah
ME: I'm training for a race and there is almost as many calories with alcohol as with fat. You might as well be eating a Snickers bar.

Most respond that they did not know that.

for follow-up info, just say alcohol has 7 calories/gram, fat has 9.

I've field tested this a few times, it works well.

What? Do you have people forcing the stuff down your throat?
Personally when I am out I like to have about four or five beers over the course of the evening, I find it improves my game because the extra confidence yet I dont suffer any mental reductions. One beer every half hour for two-three hours is a good amount. Then you are left on a little bit of an elevated hgih for the rest of the night.
But I also think that approaching that first set for the night and it going nicely gets you more psyched than any amount of grog can!

Drinking in Order To feel Confident or whtever its actually very stupid U r not getting any cooler not confident, As VAlence saide You r only affecting your game, alcohol may apppear that it destroy your AA but that´s not tru actually, the difference is that u wont care about the dumb things that will happen, Also as Valence said U can have a Bud or two or three, the point is not to get drunk nor tipsy, you need to be 100% full so u can game As U R suposed to.

Just Think of these, being perfectely sober its an advantage u have, think about these U perfectly sober gamming a typsy girl though its not correct U have an advance over her condition ( and i Dont mean anything physical U freaks LOL), now think of this you Drunk gaming a Girl.

Now tell Me Mate, whts the best situtation U sober or U drunk. TELL ME

Drinking is fine, just don't be a drunken slob. 1-3 Beers is fine. The truth is, you shouldn't need to drink to feel socially accepted or feel confident. I used to not drink at all when I gamed, now I do. It all depends on the night, but I'd recommend not drinking until your game is good.

It doesn't matter which TOP PUAS drink or don't drink. Make that decision for yourself. Half of the "top guys" are fucking douchebags anyway, who says you gotta mimic what they do?

well, dude u coud have 1-3 beers like Methuselah said, and after that just say, "Sorry, but i have to drive home and i cant drink more than this 2 is enuff for me" and dont worry u'll just do fine, its not really that big of a deal, people will just think that ur trying to be a "good boy" and obey the law.

I been trying this thing were I have one drink when I get to the club (red bull and vodka) and then just drink red bull all night. It really helps my energy level and mantains my enthusiam. Anyway I end up turning something that look like a setback into a plus. When I was ordering my red bull in a glass an asian 9 approach me.

A9: what's wrong with you, don't U want a shot with that.

Bamba: no I don't really drink.

Bamba: No (and then It came to me just natural this increable line) I used to drink a lot, cuz I was running away from my problems, now I just faced them and I don't need to drink.

I was really pushing my luck here, but it work we sat down and talk. I kiss close, but her friend never let her leave the club so I had to leave with her number.

A number of things happend here that really made me think. First I really feel like I was telling her the truth. This has to be the first time I really feel like she was asking to come into my world. From the start I DHV I guess the whole thing was so simple and my confidence level was up the roof. Finally I learn I can turn anything into a positive if I find the right angle.

well, i can sure say that u could have gotten her out of the club as well,
i mean u cud have sed something mystery usually does, like for example:

"oh well, i guess u hav other things planned n ur too buzy for me...so i have to leave now and i might think abt calling u after a week or 2, to chek if ur mind is straightened out yet" and while saying that kind of show a slight bit of disappointment. and trust me, wen u wud say the 'call u after a week or 2' part, u'd literally notice a change on her face. and thats the best i can tell u to do, but its not guaranteed to work, like if she reeeeaaallllyy has to stay ther coz she has to cary her drunk frend home, then thats a difrnt thing but, oh well, u did pretty gud anyways

U r right I really have to be the alpha male and not just act like an alpha male. I'm really working on that. About the friend well I just could not come up with something. If I have think of this at the moment, believe me I would used it. I think that the friend saw me as a treat. This girl keep telling her they had to go and she was just killing my game. I did not had a wigman so I just didn't know what to do. I have some learning to do and this is a great learning experience for me.
