push and pull is a methon that, at certain times make the girl think you have the upper hand in the relationship the (push) or she has the upper hand over you the (pull).
you need to give bo equally really, and this isnt a problem since you pushed too much.. now just start pullin the target. you can do this by meetin her more and using some DLV, but not too much. also say her some genuine compliments... but after you've pulled for abit just start pushing her away again.

Well, I combine this with negging her (works fine but you dont necessarily have to neg).

Ezo: Hey! Stop touching me, my god, shes horrible, you have to watch her hands all the time! Get off me you pervert! (Push her away 30 cm.)
HB: What the?!? ...
Ezo: Yeah, yeah, so youre innocent, right, didnt mean to, traumatic childhood, spare me your lifestory, come here you horrible girl!

Works in C1 after you have established attraction and it is great for going into kino escalation.

First neg her (the push). . .then ask her a legitimate question. Pull her back in with your interest.

"So what's your lifestory? Wait, let me guess, your a hairstylist!" PUA

"Uh, no." it will work better if she is a bit offended.

"Well, I just say that cuz you have nice hair. I wasn't trying to be rude."

She is a bit on the fence, but will simultaneously appreciate the compliment.

Hence, push-pull.
