Hey Yall,
I have a little problem. I have been pre-maturely ejacatulating as of lately.
With a past girl I felt like I couldn't get hard but I think it was just a mental roadblock all the time because I can get hard.
With my current girlfriend I ejaculated while i was just staying still inside her. I can tell that she gets upset that I'm ejaculating way to fast.
I really want to get this handled my level of arousal just gets so high so fast i guess and i blow my load before im ready. Its really disappointing. How do I fix this?
Also if she starts moaning it makes me cumm in like 5 seconds especially if i go fast and she says harder and i go faster it makes me ejaculate.
Im being totally serious guys I really want to fix this.

Well first of all dont concentrate on the sex too much, meaning dont think how good it feels or how good she is feeling. Pretend when you fucking that you doing something else and put your mind somewhere else, imagine you watching your favorite movie and it gets to your favorite part, so now you concentrate as to what is going to happen in that movie instead what you doing right now.
Works for me, sometimes to the point where my dick goes limp, so just dont over do it. I got to the point where i can control my erection for very long time and Ky its necessary sometimes  |

Seriously...try to unload about an hour or 2 before your gonna see her/know your gonna have sex.

Hi Sep, I recommend you this book:
Multi-Orgasmic Man: Sexual Secrets Every Man Should Know, by Mantak Chia.
I'm not an expert in it, but I've experienced quiet weird and cool things. The author talks about premature ejaculation as well, however I recomend it to everybody.

If you masterbate try and make it last longer by building up and than holding off for as long as possible, or build up and stop, and build up again. Train your pelvic floor muscles (you can do this by stopping urination mid stream) whcih will make it easier for you to control your ejaculations. Tease her more! There is no replacement for lots of foreplay! And remember if you come please her in other ways untill you are ready to go again and you will last longer the second time. |

This is the sort of thing that is explained in the book I mentioned. It tries to teach you how to control yourself, so you don't need to change good sensations for Shrek posters 
I hope my English is good enough so nobody gets ofended or anything!

Spot on Danimal. The average time for sex is supposed to be 20mins so the target isn't to high.
If you've got a gf at the moment who's willing to help then once you can last a few mins build up and stop short of coming inside her then you carry on when you feel up to it. |

I'm suprised nobody has mentioned this. If you get really drunk (but not puking drunk) you will last a long time. Also, if I have to pee, I can't finish at all sometimes. The drinking helps with that too  I have the opposite problem as you.. takes me forever to finish. And once a girl knows this, if she is any kind of tired, she doesn't even want to get started :-/ |
