Hi all,

I'm 35 and have recently been dumped after a three year relationship. As a consequence, I've had to move back in with my parents (sad, I know)

I've decided it is time for a life change. Going back to the gym to get into shape and then start the dating game. I definitely don't want another proper relationship, I think it's time to have fun!!

Any starter points would be most appreciated. Also what books etc do I need to start studying?
