I've decided to start trying Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and salmon. Well adding those to my diet.
I've taken away ramen noodles and sugars.
Today at the grocery store I got [for the next 2 weeks] Chicken breast, wheat angel hair pasta, spinach, tomatoes, salmon, apple vinegar, wine [cause fuck it, I'm getting myself some wine], and lime juice.
I'll be posting the meals I create and my workouts for the next two weeks. And I'll upload a picture of me now and then another picture in 2 weeks.
