Posts: 4 | | I am having a real hard time getting to grips with frame control after recently reading about it in the MM Method.
I understand that it is my way of seeing things etc. but I have no idea how to properly practice applying it.
Could anyone post recommendations/books etc. to start strengthening frame control?
