I think I realized my problem. Gynophobia - an irrational fear of women.

If I can cure arachnophobia, then I should be able to cure this.

What am I scared of? I've seen millions of them.

An arachnophob would face his fear by covering himself in spiders...... so I suggest planting your face directly in a vagina is your goal.

Kidding aside, what are you afraid of? It's not even women. It's rejection that gets your knees all wobbly I bet.

I also have crippling anxiety.

Believe it or not, there are times when I can chat with 10's, but chatting is not getting laid.

How do I transition from chatting to getting laid?

My complete lack of conversation skills was apparent last night when I went to a strip club. There, the girls approach you and try to start a conversation. I still couldn't get past the boring talk.

Is there something I'm doing wrong or am I overthinking it?

Talking isn't near as important as listening. Listen with real interest. While you sitting there staring into her baby blues, think about every dirty thing you would do to her if you could. look from her eyes to her lips.

Your fear has become an object. Now you think of "your fear of women" and address it like it is a physical thing you can touch and that affects you.

That effectively takes the control out of your hands and leaves you feeling helpless.

Your fear will exist as long as you think about it.

Shift your focus. Whatever you think, you become. Positive or negative.

"Don't fuck up" is the best way to fuck up.

So shift your focus by making your goal

"sleep with 10 women".

Pretty soon you'll look up after 3-4 women into your 10 women quest and think to yourself

"Hey...I'm not afraid anymore".

So just shift the focus. Never make fear the focus.
