Tip #1 Try your best to eat as clean as possible throughout the whole day. Many of the artificial chemicals in our processed foods are known to trigger and induce anxiety.
Tip #2 Theres something called Power Stance - Theres a Ted talk about it, and basically by holding your body in certain positions the body will release more endorphins allowing one to feel relaxed and at ease. I'd look up the talk and give it a watch.
Tip #3 A perspective switch.. Whats the worst that can happen? She just not like you or she doesn't turn out to be anything like you thought. And then you go home and resume your normal life? What could happen.. Are you afraid of just not being liked? Or are you afraid of the potential that this girl isn't the one for you? Whats the root of your fear? Who cares bro.. You like her, she likes you great. You guys continue.. You don't like her, you cut the date short and come home to avoid any wasted time. Theres nothing to lose and everything to gain here. You should be excited.
