A cool thing you can do is to give to a friend 100 bucks, and say to him, "If you don't hear me every single day calling you after my workout and sending you a picture of myself while exercising, you can spend those 100 bucks immediately."
The pain of losing 100 bucks or the pain of getting up to exercise - most people opt in for the latter.
It's a really cool trick that I've used to get up early, to exercise, and a lot of other things. I highly recommend it.
