Hey all,

What im looking for in this section are ways to make your eyes more shinier. Mine look really terrible overall, they are red and they look tired.

It holds me back on improving my looks (face) because eyes are really a essential part of your face.

Any tips on how to make your eyes look better?

1. Go to bed earlier (minimum 7 hours of sleep every night)
2. Don't wear contact lenses for longer than 8 hours a day
3. Avoid looking at TV, phone or computer screens all day. Set yourself a daily limit if need be. You shouldn't be checking Facebook/Twitter etc. more than once or twice a week.
4. Use eye drops before leaving the house (I use Optrex drops)
5. Do an eye bath before bed. Keep each eye open for 30 seconds in the cup while you tilt your head back, make sure you use new solution for each eye. (Again, Optrex do an eye bath solution).

Tan. If you have lighter colored eyes, tanning will make them "pop" or stand out more.

I agree with getting sleep and not straining your eyes. I work on computers about 12 hours a day for a living. It takes its toll on my eyes. I get black rings under them and they usually clear up by Sunday if I get enough sleep both Saturday and Sunday. But tanning also helps that too. If my skin is darker those fugly black rings don't develop under my eyes when I work all week long.

Eat some healthy products which can improve your visual condition such as green bean. Have it regularly because it provides tremendous health benefits. It is very good for a vegan diet too. In general, green bean could a key ingredient in your daily meal if you know how to cook it properly. See more at https://wikihomenutrition.com/green-bea ... -benefits/ to learn about its nutrition facts. Nice to share with you.
